A memorial gathering was held following Zoë's death, organized by Robert Lund and Richard Hell. The invitation below was distributed among friends and as many of Zoë's contacts could be located. It opened with a screening of Zoë's song and dance number in Exquisite Corpses, followed by a 15-minute segment edited from Zoë's interview footage for the 1987 film Heavy Petting, in which she describes her personal development at length. Then a number of people who had known and/or worked with Zoë spoke on what she meant to them.
